Refund policy

RETURN

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  If you are not satisfied and would like to return your item(s) for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of receiving them.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return process, simply email us at hello@rewindtee.com and and include your order number in the subject line (ex: "Return Request for Order# 1234"). Please also specify the reason for return in your message. Do not send the item(s) back to us without first requesting a return.

Refund will be issued once your return package has been received and inspected.

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect or defective items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days (from the purchase date).

EXCHANGES

All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the unwanted item.


REFUND

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

You will also receive a refund notification email. If more than 15 business days have passed since that notification and you still haven't received the refund, please contact us at hello@rewindtee.com.
